These products have been developed by our specialist product managers, together with our suppliers and in close cooperation with the many contacts we have in the various sports. We continue to ensure that the products that we offer are of high quality, perform well and represent excellent value.
Building our Brands Through our continuous investment in marketing and promotion in cooperation with our suppliers, we are increasing the status and recognition of our brands. We have promotional programmes which include substantial television coverage as well as extensive grass roots exposure and these are paying dividends.
Customer Service Taking good care of our customers is paramount. Our "In Stock" finance policy ensures that our product managers have the resources available to keep generous stocks and our 24 hour despatch commitment means that orders are on the way to the customers either the same day that they are ordered or the following day.
